All our flours are made from 100% French wheat, mainly from the Beauce and Eure-et-Loir regions.
Since the 2019 harvest, all the wheat and rye used are certified free from storage insecticides.

Rétrodor flour, the flagship product of Moulins Viron, allows for a wide
range of savory and sweet creations without additives or improvers.

The Moulins Viron range also includes flours without additives or improvers,
bread flours in type 55, specialty bread flours, and stone-ground flours.

The Émile Flours range is made from 100% French wheat and is 100% organic.
